other languages, at a sixth grade reading level. A Visual Aid Manual in Spanish
for genetic counseling has been developed to help counselors explain, and
patients comprehend, complex genetic matters in their own language.
All patient forms, letters, reports, and consents are available in Spanish and Chinese.
A Spanish-English-Italian trilingual secretary is responsible for scheduling appointments and related matters for diverse speaking patients.
